Considering that i just heard that hew died i decided to make a memorial topic about him. What did everyone outhere think about him. i liked him because he respected all religions and helped bring around the end of communism

He was a wonderful man, and He will be missed. Although, He's now with God, where He belongs.

He definitly had a major impact on so many people, and we shall never forget him.

Here's some interesting tidbit, He's the first non-Italian pope in 455 years. WOW!

he was an awesome pope. he always stuck to what he believed in and never let anyone persuade him to do something that wasn't Godly just to make people happy. a true servant of God, and a great pope. hopefully the next one can live up to the challenge.

I think he was a good Pontiff, and a good Sheperd, leading billions of Roman Catholics around the world. He is a man of dignity, peace and courage. The Holy Father has given us a powerful and poignant example of how to live in the midst of personal suffering and diminishment. The pope is giving witness to the dignity and sanctity of human life, which he has championed his entire papacy. May the Supreme Pontiff, Santo Papa Ioannes Paulus II (Karol Wojtyla), rest in peace.
