Probably while she was walking the dog, the dog pooped, so she picked the poop up. You can get fined if you don't!
oh my god. How sad. I probably would've given him my money if he tried to shoot my dog! what a loooser. |

I use dog poop as self defense. Nobody is coming near me while I am spinning a bag of dog poo around in the air. But once while I was spinning it the bag ripped open and well, I think you can guess where that's going.
