I did and got pregnant. Because of that, I went through the trouble of being kicked out of my own home, having to move in with different friends just to have shelter, having to work two part time jobs and go to school at the same time.
Do you want to take the risk? |

I`m 14 and when i was with my last bf the thought crossed my mind. But now that i think of it, i wouldent its to young and u will most likely regret it afterwards.

i wouldn't... i'm waiting till i get married. i mean it's really young, and you don't want the risk of having all that responsibility do you? and it's just... i dunno. i dont think most ppl are ready for it till they're much older

Since the girls openly post in the 'boys locker' I thought I'd add my two cents. Yes, it is yuor body and no one should tell what to do with your body. However, use your better judgement. Think of the seemingly improbable possibilities that could potentially happen. Do you really want to deal with the consequences of a damaged contraceptive? At 14, do you really think you're ready to make such a decision? At 14, I wasn't, putting the hormones aside, I decided not to. Conversely, what you do is what you do. Having sex is nothing to brag about, but make sure that if you do it, you have no regrets.

yea, i think 14 is young...there are blogrings and for "pregnant teens" and i've read some of there xangas, just browsing around...they dont sound too happy...well until they have their baby.

as long as you have your values/morals. YOU make the decision whether to have sex or not. it`s not bad to have sex at an early age, it`s just people think it`s not normal because they have different beliefs.

I'm 14 and not even close to thinking about it... and it might have to where I grow up... people have sex just not that many ppl at 14. I live on Long Island, New York. If you want to because everyone else is that's stupid. If you want to because you love the guy or whatever and aren't doing it to fit in.. I guess you can if you really want... I wouldn't.

If you are mature enough to think about safe sex i think its not a problem. As long as you feel it right and ovioulsy you are writing in here shows you are having doughts showing you are not ready for sex.
Dont rush into things if he is a good guy he will wait until u r ready!!! When you can come to a desision without doughts you are sorted m8! just think safe sex chickin!!!!!! |

With the pregnancy rate on an increase and all that, I'd ask "why not wait?" In my opinion, one should have sex only when he or she thinks it's the right time. Pressure is a bitch, but never be influenced to have sex. It's a big deal. I know so many ppl that are under the impression that I'd lose my virginity in an instant, but here I am, almost turning 18, and a virgin. I don't hafta worry about pregnany and all that. Just know that the pregnancy rate is increasing, even with girls young at 12, EVEN YOUNGER!

I wouldn't but thats just me. 14 year olds have no business going around and having sex...IMHO. I mean at 14 I was just thinking about school & friends and such. The last thing on my mind was sex...come on guys, you're only a kid once
