i have no idea what the hell is going on with my AIM, like i signed on and off 15+ times because for some reason after i sign on, i can't IM anyone. when i double click their name nothing happens, or when i enter their screenname on the thing to IM them, after i send a message the whole thing diappears...and now it says i'm attempting to reconnect too fast...5 minutes is too fast? i've signed on another screenname and it was fine but it still says i'm reconnecting too fast on my main screenname...
does anyone know what's going on?

Hmm..I think that has happened to me before..but I'm not sure what's going on with your aim..just use your other sn..as for me..I can't talk on aim at all momentarily
 I have a bad virus..woo does this suck!

A piece of advice: SWITCH TO YM [yahoo messenger]
 I like YM better than that dull AIM.. plus it has stealth settings  and it's not fcked up.

Yeah, that happened to my boyfriend, and I agree with vehvih. YIM is better- that's what we used when his AIM wasn't working. Well, try restarting your computer, or reinstalling AIM. You might have a virus. In my boyfriend's case- it got so bad that he had to reformat his computer.

And people would click it and htey would get the virus. Of course I was dumb enough to click the thing. In winter. The guy who had the away message was hot tho but yeah it would sign itself on and put on that away message, and automatically change all mine to that. It was SO annoying. I finally went through my computer and found teh virus and deleted it. Hope I didn't delete anything important!
