can change the pic > flash? Options

i don't think you can do that with a code. you'll need to do using the program flash.

for flash or w/e flash you want i think you need a flash program .. and you make something using it ..

uhh to make it flash u need a animation shop or imageready and then make it animated then uploaded and put it into the spalsh screen code..here are the basics on animation
