ok i got this code from some where.. (cant remember where).. and im sure it works but if it does i want to change it a little. see its suppose when they try and copy something it puts this message up instead. i think its suppose be when they right click and say copy. but i have a disable right click thing. the thing is i still have highlighting(have to for a reason) so they can just say ctrl-c. im thinking there has to be a way to change this script so that it does it when they ctrl-c too.

so does anyone know how to change it

..... Try changing the Copied.execCommand("Copy"); part to Ctrl+C or something. -shrug- Or have you tried that already?

you actually only need this part:
CODE
<span id="copytext" style="display:none;">words here</span>
because i used it once before a while ago and i only needed that. if someone tries to copy something from your codes and then pastes it somewhere the message, where the "words here" are, is shown instead of the code. actually, i had a different, but very different code to this, but i can't find it. sorry, i have to clean out my texts.
