yeah, i did that once.. but it seemed like there were so many questions. It used to always pop up on my computer _dry.gif advertising.. maybe?

Yea i did that before. Took me about 1/2 an hour.. that's my first IQ test. I got a 127.. not too bad i guess but I could've done much better if I didn't rush through it. And i made a few stupid mistakes. pinch.gif

i don't think it's even accurate... i took the test on Test The Nation live broadcast once.. result wasn't so ideal

these online tests take so long, waste of time

i took one in third grade for the gifted program. my parents never told me what i got, but gifted is 130+. however, i disagree with the whole IQ method for varifying gifted-ness. i think that gifted kids vary in their mental capacity but have one thing in common: they value intellectual curiosity and pursue knowledge genuinely and passionately.

In my opinion, I think it is advertising, since the person has to register and whatnot. Although, some might disagree since it's not like a referral to the site or something like that. I think most people have either taken the test, seen the ad, or a friend linked them to it but they probably didn't bother taking it since it's somewhat a wastse of time. I took it back in 2003 (lol)! Haha it says I took it in August 2003 lol. I got 124 back then. Haven't done this test in a while.. Bleh.

IQ tests taken on the internet are total bs. Same with those pamplets that are supposedly IQ tests. There is a lot more involved with an IQ test that just getting answers right, and these kind of tests don't take that into account.
I should know, I've taken eight professional IQ tests in my lifetime (had to take a new test every time I moved to get into the gifted programs, and we moved a lot). Example: My last test said my IQ was 139. The online ones put me at one-sixty-something. BS.

It's not accurate. I got 12x for one and 13x for another.
Not to mention my eyes hurt after staring at the screen for the questions.
