Ok, it's sorta simple, but I've lost all skill with html coding. What I need is an html code that inputs a background on my xanga and keeps it centered and non repeating. Basically, what xanga does for you, but in an html code, since I wanna hide my picture urls. All I got up to was...

<body background="url";
</body>

If I do that, then when someone checks the source code the background URL shows. I mean like a raw html code that does the same effect as a scrolling nonrepeating bg. I need the nonrepeating and the scrolling on my bg.

Something to this effect, but in html.

Body {background-color: #000000; background-image: url("URL"); background-attachment: fixed; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center center; text-align: center)

Is what I'm trying to change into html format.

.........
The closest you can come is <body background="yourimagename.gif" bgcolor="#ffffff" bgproperties="fixed">. The only way I can think to acomplish that is with CSS. You could, of course, put it between the <style></style> tags and encode it. which is what I assume you're going to do..... Or code it as an actual webpage and encrypt that.

your background URL will show whether you put it in through what xanga has or use HTML. the only thing you can do is encode/encrypt it but some might be able to decode it.

well if IE was smart it would support embedded pictures shifty.gif data is parsed by the browser and the image is actulaly built right on the site. It works well in every other browser except IE tongue.gif

open with firefox and you'll get an eprop icon. If you check the source, there is no url. Of course, decoding it is relatively easy but the numbers daunt the 80% of the people
