Ok..I know that there is some topics that relate to this "alone" stuff..and yeah..but I just wanted to know if anyone else feels this way..like..you have a bunch of friends..you know they care about you and yada yada..but sometimes they make you feel like your not even there..? I feel like that a lot for some reason..I recently just got through a little depression stage after me and my ex split up.. _dry.gif ..so I guess I've been through a lot and learned a few lessons and stuff..but I really hate it when I feel ignored..or pressured..stuff like that. It's kinda hard to explain but..if you feel like this then you'll get what I'm saying..hopefully..(sorry if you don't heheh) happy.gif

yea i know how you are feeling. i dont really want to go into deep details and whatever but ive been getting over depression and ive been doing fine but my firends dont seem like they want to talk to me or even acknowledge methe fact that im there. and it sucks because im the type of person who will think the worst when something like that happens(not all the time but in this situatuion yes). i know how it feels and it is a shitty feeling.

i feel that way alot. im in a group of five friends, and im usually the odd man...or woman...out. [example, two of them is bff's, the other two is bffs, and im left out].....yeah >.<

That's exactly how I feel. Sometimes I'd be with a bunch of my friends and I wouldn't really know what they're talking about cause I'm not there... It sucks sometimes.

At times I do feel this way... But at the same time I realized that either it's my fault that I pushed them away, or they pushed me away. And then I reailzed that if they were the ones that pushed me away, I should move on and find new closer friends. The old friends can still be my friend and all, but they're not that close to me because they decided to leave me out and yea. Only your true friends will stick by your side no matter what.

i know what you mean.. sometimes i wonder if my friends even know i'm there. it's like... i'm trying to say something but then someone louder interupts and doesn't even notice. it's really annoying.

I take too many things to heart. My friends know this yet they still feel the need to make fun of me, even just for the little things. I act so nice around everyone. I think that's why my "close" friends see me as the go-to person when they feel horrible and need help ficing their problems. So I'm kind of invisible in a visible way. I'm invisible because I'm a push-over, yet visible only when someone needs my help.

Wow..me too..and I remember once I was talking to my friend about something and then these girls come up and then they all start talking and she acts like I'm not even there! But you know..I'm not the kind of person who you can push around so I just said 'Ok forget it! I guess you really don't care!' and then I walk away..with attitude shifty.gif Also..when I walk around with my one friend we usually walk by a lot of people in this one area and this girl goes..'Hey Carrie!' (My friend)..and then she's all..'Oh hi Kayla..' (that's me..) I was like..'OH Hi!' gosh..people these days..and it's funny cuz my close friends who actually care how I feel start giving me more attention when they notice that I'm all down in the dumps..so then it makes me feel like crap.. stubborn.gif But I guess it happens to everyone..

Hm, yeah it happens to me sometimes in awhile. Like my friend, Doolie _dry.gif when i was on the phone with him. we were 3 way phone calling...and toddie and doolie was taking to each other on the phone while i was silence and they both said that they needed to go... they said bye to each other with using their names, but not mine... it was very sad and depressing, felt like i was invisible to them. it was just so sad that i was mad at them actually haha.

Yes, I feel like that a lot of the time.

In fact, that is how I feel at the moment.
My friends = ignoring me for their boyfriends and I can't even say anything to them. They just ignore me completely.

i know and understand what you are going through. i have a lot of friends but there are times when i feel very alone and invisible when i'm with them. i think its just a phase that we all go through. don't worry, you'll be fine (:

Yes I tend to always feel left out and invisible between my friends. And it makes me often question are they even my friends or if they even care about me. I also feel invisble with certain types of friends, like my Asian friends. Because I'm half Asian at times I get left out because of that. But yeah, I've felt similar to the way you feel.

It sucks to feel all..'left out' and all..but it only happens once in a while..it's weird though..I also hate it when me and my friends are walking in a group and like all of a sudden..I'm behind everyone! No one is walking with me..I'm all alone in the back of the group..and it pisses me off! Lol..but then again there's this situation..:'OH! So and so go out? Omg tell everyone!'..yeah..everyone except me..I'm always the last person to know those kinda things because no one tells me anything! That's what I say to my friends..they go..'Gosh Kayla..your so slow! Like everyone knew that about 3 days ago!' Or something like that..gah..I wish friends could read each others minds.. mellow.gif

Oh no I talk to them a lot..I mean..they're my friends..I'm not a loner or anything and it's not a phase I'm going through or anything..it's just..something that happens out of the blue you know? I feel like that all the time.. especially this year... its like i've got only one close friend... some of my 'friends' r all getting bfs and stuff so when i talk to them its all weird since its always about their bfs and all that... and the others seem like they just dont care about me... cry.gif

I know EXACTLY what you mean. My friends are great and all, but once in a while I just feel completely not there.

Then I become desperate for attention, say something ignorant and get them pissed at me.

I think its also because me and my friends have totally diffrent opinions on things..

like we dont agree on a lot of stuff.. there pro something.. Im anti.. there anti.. I'm pro..

Its extremly annoying because sometimes when we get into debates about things they all gang up on me.. -_- Its agrivating! *grr*

yes it happens cuz people change, and goes thru different stages of their lives. none of us will always remain 'there' forever, we meet different people and might even change from one group to another. your friends might not necessarily ignore u or watsoever it's just that maybe they have other things to cater for too. like they can't constantly focus on you right?

I've felt like that before in middle school when I didn't know who my real friends were. I was pretty much used to it after that and I didn't really mind. But after highschool I found a group that pays attention to me. So its cool. happy.gif

finally somepeople like me its been happenin for a little while but when i stopped talking to one of my best friends i went into a really big deppression. that was in the end of 2003. now im not as depressed but ive been thinkin about her forever but i cant gather the courage to talk to her...
