I know this is a common problem..., but my music playlist refuses to work!

I've had a playlist for a while,and occassionally it messes up,and wont play any of the songs.That's when I just copied and pasted a new code and pasted the same song names and links.Well today the playlist stopped,so I switched codes,and it wont work.I've tried everything,and I was wondering if someone here could help me out,thanks!!!

You need to close your tags on after you type the song name.

"<option value="#">SONGNAME</option> You need to end it like that always.

Didnt work.
Like I said,this has happened before,and I've never had to insert any semi-colons or anything,I just usually change the code,and it works.

you're missing a quotation mark after song 239 and links like these won't work
