my printer (HP deskjet 3820) hates me....it worked great till it ran out of ink so i bough more and put it in but now each time i turn it on the NO PAPER button flashes...and there is like 20 pieces of of paper in it...and it dosent print ne help? i reaylly need to print my HW

Well, on my printer, I just hit the flashing button. And then wait. If not, reinstalling would most likely help.

Yeah try uninstalling it and reinstall it again. It might work. Or maybe you need a newer versions like update it?

i tried everything. turns out the Paper hanlder thing that pulls the paper in it is broken and its gonna cost me more than the price of the printer to fix it...

its ok...my printer hates my whole family. its worked but, we've always had problems with it and we cant return it cuz my retarded stepdad did something w/ the warranty thing

I used an older model of HP, when it happens, you just have to feed paper and press the resume button, then it'll keep eating papers and "poop" them back out either blank or only printed with 2 lines. After a few repeats it'll fix itself.
But yeah, it's not really helpful is it lol, I'd just say it's an HP thing. their official forum is filled with complains. |

that happens to me sometimes, too .. all you have to do is push in tha paper more so tha printer is able to receive it and print it ..
if that doesn't work, then i don't know :S .. |

my old printer hated me too, id ask for it to make the pictures come out in color but they come out in black and white.
