kinda random but.

Okay maybe im just weird but when I like a specific song and listen to it during which an event takes place, it kinda bcomes part of me.

When my grandmother died like 3 yrs ago.. I liked the song "foolish" by ashanti and listened to it a lot back then before and after she died. whenever i hear that song again, I get that feeling of being right there at her funeral again.

"best of me" by starting line reminds of like 2 summers ago and all the things that happened during that summer. ( especially the guy i was seein )I'll get the feeling it's actually that summer again...

haha im soo werid.

OMG! Music is my life. Almost every song triggers something in my memory. From like, a song that totally represents my life, to a song that a friend dedicated to his g/f at a dance a week after they broke up (F*** it, Don't want you Back- Eamon), and things like who I was with, what was I doing, (Nasty Girl- Nitty, I was with my best friend, watching the fireworks from his car in a Food4Less Parking Lot)

I don't know what I would do without music.

The Beatles - Strawberry Fields Forever

That one, whenever he says "nothing to get__ about" I don't even know that word, but it just gets me, for a random reason.

There's alot of Darude, DJ Encore that reminds me of a summer two years ago of my best friend and I just partying and having the time of our lives.

THe Snake the Cross the Crown - Like a Moth Before a Flame EP, reminds me of my breakup with my last boyfriend, Stefan.

And Mae - D:B reminds me of all of the shows I drove to, and played their music for the drive.

haha no way, it's not weird! i got my simple plan and new found glory CD's over the summer 04. and that summer was probably the best summer I have ever spent with my friends. Everything we did, we listened to CD's, and my simple plan CD was part of that. so the feeling of summer always comes back when i play them.

Oh man. I have so many songs. For my first-times, good-times, just whatever. For example, my ex-boyfriend made me a cd of all these love songs so when I listen to those songs now it reminds me of him. Some other songs with memories attached are: She Will Be Loved - Maroon 5, Soldier - Destiny's Child, Baby Got Back - Sir Mix A Lot, How We Do - The Game, One Call Away - Chingy, etc. Yeah... it gets kind of annoying after a while because it's like you can't listen to any song without having some kind of memory attached to it.

There are so many songs that bring back memories. I remember this one song (I'm drawing a blank on it's title...) but it reminds me of being in New Orleans Sq. in Disneyland. I love the atmosphere there.

"Arms of the One Who Loves You" - Xscape always reminds me of the year I moved from Ft.Worth. It was such a sad time and that was the song I listened to on the car ride to my new home in Arlington. and then.. "The Boy is Mine"- Monica & Brandy-- we had a little talent show at my high school and we were singng that. It was loads of fun^^ *sigh, such great memories<3
