hmm..try serum. john frieda is good but really expensive. i use garnier, and it smells reallllly good and isn't as expensive. or you could try mousse? i've never used it before though.

well, if my hair can be straight, trust me, there's hope for you. If your hair is really thick, you might think about thinning it out. You can relax your hair between 60-100 dollars depending on your hair type...I use the Sleek by Matrix.. works very well and protects your hair. Then I just use a straightener

Yes, that does damage your hair. I think you should use a lot of conditioner and I think 'Bed Head' products are really good if you want a sleek look.

Are you using a CERAMIC iron? It really helped my hair, a great deal.
You might want to try Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum. My friend used it and she used to have a perm (by mistake) and it ruined her hair (or so she said). So she used it and it helped her hair, for the better. :] To stop flyaways and frizzes for me (although I have striaght healthy hair), I use Biosilk Silk Therapy.. it's like this gel-ish thing that I put on at the ends and rub the rest all around my hair. It really works :D |

I have super thick, frizzy hair.. but most days it doesn't look that way. Try Tresemme European Vitamin E Moisture Rich shampoo and conditioner. It's for dry/damaged hair (6 years of swimming daily.. imagine what that could do to someone's hair). I get my hair thinned every month. If you don't get it done regularly, it tends to look a little bit thicker. It's not very expensive, I get it done at my regular hair person. Hm. It doesn't make your hair look THAT much thinner, but you can tell a big difference when you're trying to style it. I also use Paul M. Super Skinny. I'm so addicted.

ask your hairdresser for some vitamin gel thing.
my hairdresser gave it to me once and now my hair is not so frizzy. that is, if you want your hair to be straighten from the inside. =) |

if you'd like your hair to be straight for about 6 months, you can get it permed straightened.
and i think garnier fructis works =]. my hair's straight and it's not that frizzy. so i wouldn't really know if it works on frizzy hair. |

I had it professional done. Took 2 hours.
haven't tried the Garnier Sleek & Shine yet, but i will. try it first. or go buy that orange Matrix Smoothing System or whatever. [$60?] and i use a similiar product to BioSilk. it's called Frizz Therapy & Shine. salons have it, i bought a big bottle for $20. it works great. [ha... used 1/2 the bottle already!] |

Is the garnier fructis you guys use that gel stuff in that small circle-shaped bottle? That has a pump sticking out?
If so, do you put it on AFTER you straighten your hair? |

Hair irons and blow drying your hair is bad for it... Get a straight perm or whatever those are called? I don't know... My hair is naturally straight..
