Left module customized, Adding scripts to left modules Options

Is it possible to add a chatterbox and a Music Jukebox to your left modules. If so could anyone tell me which codes I would need, and if I would need to change anything within the chatterbox/Music Jukebox scripts.

EDIT: The modules aren't aligning to the left side of the page...What's going on. I didn't cahnge any of the code, just previewed after I pasted into website stats.

EDIT2: Didn't see I needed to add something into my custom header...I'll try that first
