I always say thank you if its strangers, cuz theres no point in shooting down someone I dont know for being nice to me...But I never belive them. The reason is, no one I know ever really compliments me. My boyfriend NEVER does. And I guess I'm not really around many other people, except some of my chik friends, all with serious self esteem problems, meaning they would come closer to shooting you down when you look good instead of complimenting you...No one really ever gets genuine compliments around here...everyone is so mean!! I mostly get "oh ur hair looks cute" or "I like ur make up" not "Danelle u look pretty today." Only when I'm leaving for an audition.
