ok so my parents are going to buy me a car but they said it has to be out of the dealer they dont want anything older than a 2000 so they gave me a $17,000 spending limit what car should i go with im looking for something thats nice comfortable and thats modifiable any ideas???

im not much of a mustang fan a lot of my friends have them but ill go check them out what type of mustang

Depends on what you're looking for. Are you looking for something that's fast, reliable, great looking, or what.

If it's speed you want, i say put in 17 for a used 01 Subaru Impreza STI, 300hp!!

Or if you want something that looks a little nicer, go for the 2005 Scion tc, w/ the options it's well under 17gz.

I think the Chevy cobalt looks nice but i dont know how much it costs.

yeah i was looking at the STI's i think im going to go check them out this weekend or if not i think ill just go to some place called Autoworld they have some nice hooked up rides there all the time

i checked out the cobalts today they are not as expensive as i thought i think im going with the coupe its nice affordable and i like it but im not sure yet my dad liked it

yeah thats nice but i have a spending limit i would much rather find another car that i would much more love than these choices but i have to deal with what i have and those are my 3 favorite out of the other cars i looke at in this price range

herm.....i say get the cobalt, hardly anyone has it you'll be the only kid on the block w/ it!
