scrollbar inside boxes, please help me.

when i made my layout i added extra boxes on the sides for about me, navigation and all those greatt things.
but now i need a scrollbar to go inside the boxes i made....is there anyway i can do that?

and also how do i change the background for my entries to black? like i keep changing everything font and w/e to black..and its like..not working?

Well, you'll have to put each section in it's own div. Then you'll have to specify a height and put "overflow: auto;" in their div styles.

To make the background black, go to the part in your CSS where it says "table.blogbody" and change the background from "transparent" to "#000000"

Yeah, you'll need a height of more than -10 pixels. Try like 200 or 150, or however big your box is supposed to be.

Try this =]

for overflow have it so it says overflow-y: scroll; and then you should have a scroll bar
