comparing me and my mom's friend's daughter, am i that bad? she got all the qualities i want...
BOLD TEXT IS HER, ITALIC TEXT IS ME...underlined qualities are that she is better in that category. grades......straight A's......straight A's except PE classes......honors, IB......IB only spoken languages......3......3 sports......basketball team, athletic......suck at PE body shape......tall and skinny......short and normal weight social life......extrovert.......introvert friends......lots of friends......not many, but not few myspace friends......over 100......less than 10 xanga subscriptions......more than 30......about 20 popularity at school......VERY POPULAR......between medium and not popular music instruments......piano, flute......piano only layout making......genius......between medium genius and genius piercings......2 on ears......none fashion/hair styles......regular fashion and hair style......layered hair, regular fashion pretty or not......a lil pretty......pretty (everybody says that, so not my opinion) family wealth......rich.......not rich, not poor |

and why are you comparing yourself to someone else again? cuz you shouldn't. it's not right and plus just cuz she has a lot of friends doesn't mean she'd know them all. like if she has 100 friends and you have say 10, she won't know that so-and-so's favorite ice cream flavor is pumpkin, whereas you know all of your friends' fav ice cream flavors, fav animals, weird things they can do, etc. so yeah. you're great the way you are. stop comparing. |

listen, all parents compare you to their "friend's children" my mom does it all the time but i think she's making it up...and she even talks about people she doesn't know, like she'll talk about people we see when we're eating in a restaurant or when we're walking down the street
 don't let this control you, live your life the way you want to, who cares if she's all etc and you're a different etc etc. big whoop if she's so thin and has so many friends and internet friends, that doesn't mean anything. you start from scratch and grow...plus having a lot of friends isn't the point, it's what kind of friends they are

What's her personality like? If she has an all out rocking personality, the yes I suppose...

sounds like "Miss Perfect" girl who is trying to be very smart and perfect ehh... hehh... I think yours is much better. Not like I'm jealous of her or anything, but yours side is much better. Even though she has greater things than you doesn't mean she wins it all. I hate when my parents compare me to someone who is much better than me. I honestly hate that and sick of it... I seriously want them to stop. When they do that to me again, I go like "then why didn't you put me in the foster care and find another daughter who is much better than me?" then they stop the conversations. hehh

theres no 2 same ppl in the world..so dont compare ur self..its no use..so what if she plays more than one instrument..it doesnt matter...the point is that u try hard and play the best u can..and how does family wealth have to do with comparing ur self to others?i dont really c the point in y u think shes better...theres isnt a good or a bad..its ur attitude and personality that matters...and some of the things u wrote was kinda not related to comparing ur self with the other person..
