in ur look and feel go to the bottum and put http://desk.blueidea.com/DESK/KTDHBZ/BLUE_...LUE_BEAR014.jpg into the url
and do u want it to be in the middle of the page? if so then under the place were u put ur code click the no repeat button then go down some moreset vertical and horizontal to center and if u just want the whole page to have it press go all directions

put this in your custom header:

<script>
Background-image: url(http://desk.blueidea.com/DESK/KTDHBZ/BLUE_BEAR/BLUE_BEAR014.jpg);
Background-repeat: no-repeat;
Background-position: center center;
</script>
