 ok so i really really like this guy...but all my friends say he likes me back...but i think they are only doing this to cheer me up or to boost my confidence or smething...  But how do you know for sure when a guy likes you back?

The only way you can tell is to actually talk to him. Don't come right out and be like, so, do you like me or not, because, that is a major turnoff. So, just talk to him, be like, so, I like you, wanted to know what your doing such and such night. Guys shouldn't have to make all the first moves.

if he just walks up to you when you're with your friends and only talks to you... if he tells you.. or you can always save yourself the trouble and ask him.

That has happened to me a few times; where my friends tell me he likes me when he actually doesn't. They were all wrong. All the time.

ok...try you hardest to stay away from the "ask a friend to hook me up" idea because trust me i have bad memories about that kind of thing...the best thing you can do is do it yourself...being turned down isn't the end of the world...ohpe i helped
