can someone kindly tell me how you can fade an image.. and make it sorta transparent jst using paint???? someitn lke this

Im not sure you can do that on ms paint, but on paint shop pro 8
just open the image
click on LAYERS
then on PROPERTIES
then change the opacity to what ever you would like

if you have microsoft word you can do it on there! that's what i do, because i don't have paint shop pro pinch.gif

If you're using Photoshop, get your brush out and set it to soft brush size 100 or w/e. Dab the brush on the outer edges of the image but not too much or it will all fade away. ;D that's how I do like or use gradients.

Me, too. thumbsup.gif somebody who knows ms. word. =)
you can do those little transparent boxes on ms. word.

Um.

Press the wordart. type in 'L' lowercased with the font arial black. press okay. stretch the box to the size you want. click the paintbrush and paintcan on the little toolbar next to the picture that should be there. edit its transparency. yup, there you go.

i think that's a little confusing.
