don't catch an edge.

always keep your board angled so the mountain side is touching and the slope side isn't

to stop, turn fast.

Wear gloves, hats, snow pants, goggles, and everything else!
It's freezing...

I fell flat on my face on a TINY SLANT ( like, a marble would only go 15mph)
so I shouldn't be the one giving you tips wink.gif

ive been snowboarding for liek 5 years now, im not amazing but im not bad so some good tips to know is keep your knees bent and most importantly be loose you cant be too tight and tense you jsut gotta be loose and feel it, its good to have like music and listen to some music liek it gets you all pumped up and stuff. well it works for me. but if you do listen to your ipod or w/e make sure you be more catious cause sometimes you cant hear if someones saying waatch out or the sound of someone sking/riding behind you so jut be overly cautious

Make sure to keep your knees bent, and keep your face forward, don't look off. You might fall. Wear lots of warm clothes, because it will be cold. Especially if you're going to Colorado.
