Problem with Image, Shows red x Options

I'm trying to make my first xanga skin. When I paste this code though, the image that is suppose to appear is shown as the red x. I uploaded the image on one of the web sites suggested here, hostima.com and I've checked the html several times. The best I've gotten it to do is work until I close out the window and when I open a new window and go to my xanga, the red x appears again.
Any solutions are greatly appreciated, and I thank you guys for taking the time to try and help me.

hostima, for some reason, their images dont work.
upload it somewhere else.
try image shack.

hostima is good for uploading anything else. images dont work for some reason.
