i know this might make me sound really really stupid but is it really bad to be in love with your best friend? btw its a guy not a girl. I dont know if I should tell him I like him or what but I dont want to put myself out there and get hurt.

its really up to, because he could like you back and things could work but if things didn't, it could turn awkward and the friendship could possibly be lost. depends on what risks you're willing to take.

what happened was last year i liked him but hadn't like talked to him since 5th or 6th grade and he talked to me more when he found out and then i didnt like him for a while and told him and then we became best friends and i really dont want to lose that but i just really like him so much and i would want to know if there was even the slightest chance of us having something

i believe that you should be friends with someone and then go out with them and become best friends that way....so even if you break up, you will still be friends.

no its not bad....just try and be kool with it...i mean...i like my bestfriend to...(guy not girl) and i think he knows but than again im not sure...i havnt really told him cuz well idk...just write him a little note asking him how you feel...(or have a friend do it....but than again it might be werid.....ive had to do that for a friend) but just keep it on the DL...if you to are really close he will so understand
