Hey I'm not that new to the site, because I've used it before and such, but I don't really do much on the site, and I was wondering how you can make requests for skins(xanga)? Okaybye.

You must have 50 posts to request. There are rules in xanga help -> Xanga requests.

Yes u need at least 50 posts since most people keep on asking for skins or stealing them when others are too busy or don't see why they should do it. I just think it a good rule. |
