I ordered two hats off ebay..they were both the size of 7 1/8..one fits well, and the other dosent fit..its so small..wow..arent they supposed to be the same..? wat should i do..?? mad.gif

I don't think there's really anything that you can do. That's the risk that you take ordering off of ebay.

THat's the risk you take for bidding on ebay..

Ebay is cool.. contact the seller, it's their fault. And if you misread the description, you're screwed. The most you can do is probably give them a bad rating or something.

The whole thing with Ebay is that what you get is what you get. I would say just sell it back on Ebay, or, just, get over it. I don't think contacting the dude will do anything about it. You bought it "as is"

Report and tell them you refuse to purchase and you dont accept it becuase that's not the size you wanted. Also there is no point having it when it doesnt fit in my head so i would like to exchange the small hat for my money back.

Here's an idea: Sell the one that doesn't fit! ... and actually get the right size for it. 2 good things from this: 1. you have money to get another hat that fits!, and 2. you don't have an useless hat sitting around that doesn't fit.
