ok here's my dea, i rly like htis guy i mean like A LOT. and he know i like him and he likes me too. BUT he is one of my good firend's ex and my BESTFRIEND'S CRUSH! now there is another problem he's 22 and im about to turn 13 and he is suexually active. i'm not shure what to do becuz he is a very nice and intellegent guy and we have had some rly intellectuala and interesting diccusions but im scared PLUS i could get in A LOT of trouble w/ my mom and the law im so confused HELP!!!!!!!

i really don't think the guy is safe
recently a guy told 5 girls that he loved them and he was about 19, and the girls were like your age, and he gave them AIDS. anyone that age can talk intelligently... it's just a trap. I really don't think you should do anything with him. |

he's 10 years older than you...and you're only 12 now...that's so...wow...
 but anyway, think about this logically, what 22 year old will go out with a 12-13 year old? and plus he's sexually active...even if he really did get with you, it's most likely for fun you say that he's intellectual and smart n yada yada, you're only 12-13 and no offense...but i doubt a 12-13 year old will be able to have an intelligent conversation with a 22 year old...it's just a crush you'll get over it since apparently he's your good friend's ex and best friend's crush, it's not a good idea anyway there's a reason why these things are against the law

hmm. have u read the story about that one girl tiffany and the other guy? they were seperated by the law, and he's going to be charged for minor molestation - or whatever it is. >___< i think right now, 10 years is a big difference. maybe u should wait until your 22 and hes 32. its as simple as that.

i guess it is really hard if you really like this guy but you'll probably get over it easily. it might be a temporary thing or just infatuation. try to like guys who are ur age or just... stay away from guys for a while

you shouldn't be the one worrying, it should be the guy. i had a friend who liekd me and he was 18 and i told him no, i was 13 then come on 22? he's i supose a man. if you really think about it. it be kinda akward. espically if your 13 you'd wanta bf in your school. to hug you, hold you whenever your sad. and people come up 2 u saying "awh you guys go out XD how cute", something along the lines of that. bad choice if you go out with him.

mk first off, ive been in this situation when i was about your age.. and when i look back.. now that im MUCH older, i realize that was the stupidest thing i ever did. having a crush on a 22 y/o just isn't hot. i mean your [SIZE=14]12! [SIZE=1] hes 22! almost half your age. i would frankly be embarassed to post that. and .. if yur BEST FRIEND likes him.. you guys obviously arent that close or you wouldnt even think of liking him. trust me if your 12/13 you need to wait a little while longer before you start liking MEN.. plus thats the point? you guys arent going to get married if your mom doesnt like him.. you wont be able to see him.. and hes not that great if hes thinking of having sex with you possibly since he is SA.. just wait till your 14/15 till you start dating..
