I know it's possible, but how (in Xanga) do I display a user's IP Address?
I'm sure there are tons of scripts out there to do this, but I'm wondering how one would implement it in a xanga.

Thanks for any help

wait...what? you want the IP Address of someone to be posted up on your xanga? well, i haven't seen anything like that for xanga. have you tried using that script for private domains on xanga? i mean, just to test it out..

"wait...what? you want the IP Address of someone to be posted up on your xanga?"
precisely

"have you tried using that script for private domains on xanga?"

I don't know if this is what you are talking about..

But maybe if I have a a piece of my xanga, say a "statistic box" be a frame of another website. Such as my own. And that frame would be able to implement the script from my privately owned site.

In laymans terms, the IP Scripts ( like this) that are banned from could be put on a separate page, and have that page put in a frame on your xanga.

I don't know if it would work, so I ask for other's help.

yeah that works fine... just put an iframe in a div and move it around.. the iframe will hold the tracker and the div can position the frame.

BUT xanga technically blocked iframes.. however there are ways around this ;]

yes there are. ^_^

-oh yeah : off topic, but your xanga needs a blue screen of death that pops up randomly. ^_^

but I bet the actual request the script makes for one's IP address is banned. I mean, you can encode all you want, but its still the same thing. ionno.
