Hah. Try the actual adobe website, check out their getting started tutorials. Then when you get familiar with ps, check out goodtutorials.

most/all of the tutorials that work for photoshop work for photoshop cs. you can google for tutorials on it, check at adobe.com, and you can also search in the Help section for the program. they tell you all the things you can do with it and they explain the functions and basics.
