Swim, best thing for the body. No stress on any joints, and it works every muscle in your body.

Are you sure? That's tiny.

Umm. Every other day you should run and the other days you should build muscle... Sit ups, crunches, jump rope, etc.

Running is one of the best things you can do to get in shape. And it gives you endurance. But i mean you can't just stick to running, you need to mix it up with weight lifting and stomach crunches. Swimming is great too, but i mean someone just commented and told you to learn how to breakdance, and actually that might not be such a bad idea. You get into really good shape by breakdancing.

join a school sports team. and you don't even have to make the team, they train you well during conditioning and stuff.

oh yeah, running is good, it builds endurance if you do it often, and swimming helped me grow an extra 5 inches :)
during my bball/tennis seasons, i ran soooo freakin much
but yeah, a lot of sports can help you get in shape.

When you work out, Always remember. If you don't have enough protein then instead of burning fat, you will burn muscle cool.gif Anyways...if there is a gym nearby then go there. Lift weights. Run a lap or two. swim. jog,

Avoid Cardio at all times. Dont do anything that gets your heart beat racing (runnging, jogging, etc) you will ust burn more fat. If you do want to jog, use weights. If you want to cycle, put it on the highest resistence. Keep with the weight lifting. Also, do a lot of stretches. Help strengthen your muscules so they rebuild faster and you can gain more. Eat a lot of carbs and protein.

you should either work out at a gym, or you could start sports again, like, as an activity.

Just keep the excercise going. I suggest liftin weights, I don't know how much you can lift, and eat a lot (protein in particular). Get some whey protein shakes an some bars. Damn good stuff, I don't care wat anyone says :)

Actually, cardio helps u build muscle. It will make u burn more calories, so u'd hav to eat more to keep up, but overall i think cardio is a good way. like if u start out with skinny legs, but u run a lot, eventually u'll get sum good muscle in there.

You could start out by doing around 20 pushups, then increasing it week by week, until you can do around 50 pushups per day, or more. Or you could lift weights, and increase that day by day.
