this is my marquee code. can someone help me put the border color hex#0066CC since its not there? someone fix the code for me please or add that to border color to the the whole marquee code?

i want the border to be the bg color and then the bg color ima change to a darker blue.

i tried to add a border myself but it didnt work.. perhaps there was a mistake when i did it.. so i ask for somebody who knows how to do it correctly to help me out

all i need is a regular marquee code with (text, border, and background color) in it. well the colors i can do ill choose them.. but just give me that code.. that code u gave me upthere ^^^ isnt what im looking for
