okay i was talking to my friends and some wear their bra to bed and some dont. so i was wondering if ur suppose to or not? and some ppl said that if u do ur boobs are smaller and if u dont ur boobs sag. lol. so iono what to think. do u know?

1 -- scared that I'll get saggy boobs in the future
2 -- don't really like to be naked that means I have no match to be in the show of American Next Top Model
3 -- Scared that a robbery come into our apartment and see my boobs or maybe touch it ewww!!!!!! haha
4 -- Scared that if there's a fire in our house and I can't find any of my clothes and have to go outside very fast...and realized that I'm half naked >.<;

your breasts don't need to 'breathe'. when you breathe, you are breathing for your body, breasts included.

there has not been any scienific link with breast cancer and bras, so feel assured that sleeping with it that it will not cause cancer.

wearing one to bed will not cause your breasts to be smaller or larger, neither does sleeping on your stomach affect the size of your breast. the only way to do that is exercise and/or surgery.

YES, wearing a bra especially a sports bra will prevent sagging prematurely. it won't stop it forever, just your breasts won't start sagging when you are in your late twenties. it's especially beneficiary if you are top heavy seeing sagging is problematic for you anyways.

Anyways umm.. I wear them all the time. I wear them when I go to bed too. It's comfortable for me heh. So you wear your bra at night gives you the unhealthy look --- um no. It's not healthy if you don't wobbly your boobs because if you don't do that, then your boobs get unhealthy. If you just left your boobs alone like that forever, yes it's bad. But if you wobble it while wearing it, It's okay. If you wobble it, there's chances that you won't get a breast cancer.
