how can i add a layout to my xanga if i just have the free kind? After i paste the code, it takes me to a page that says "Xanga Skins is a Premium FeatureIf you'd like to use Xanga Skins on Your Site, Click Here to Upgrade Today!" can i add a skin without upgrading? if so, how?

well it does, but whenever i enter the code and press 'save' it gives me that stupid message that i have to upgrade it

dont skins require xanga premium? that means you wont be able to get them without premium. but you can edit your xanga by going to the look & feel. you can use layouts without premium but not skins.

You don't put'em in the xanga skins place. You put them in the look and feel page, silly.

There are instructions in the topic of the skin telling you where to paste the codes.

Yeah most of the time though you just put the code in custom header.

yah, go toxanga skins and find a skin that you want. from there, it should tell you how to do it. hope it helps, doll!
