I get so damn annoyned its not even funny sometimes I feel like screaming at the the person like get the ˇ$%&/ away from me. Even though its there *JOB*

LET ME B R E A T H E

I mean , c´mon , and dont follow me everyyywhere..

EXAMPLE UNO:

I walked into this store and as soon as I go in this lady comes up to me

Her: You need help with anything
Me: No , just browsing...
Her.We have specials
Me: Oh really ..ok..
Her: Everything here is like basically new
Me: Yeah , I noticed
Her: Hey , look at this top it would go perfectly on you , and this one,
and this one too , Oh and these jeans too!
Me: Maybe later..
Her: O.k whatever.

Dont do that. Ever. I never went into that store again , because *usually* Ill feel guilty but its happened to me so many times that really I get angry instead.

SO if any of you work in any type of store keep a safe distance!..Or one customer is just going to snap.

PS:Im not saying dont look at them cause c´mon this is not a Mary Poppins World , like I said keep a safe distance.

Happens to me and my friends a lot. Just because were dressed all gangster and everything and we talk about how we would want that stuff but not be able to get it.

Like when we went on an art field trip to a museum, we noticed that at least 4 security guards were following us... <_< One came up to us and asked

"YOu guys like what you see?"
"Yeah..."
"Just make sure it stays here ok"
*Glare* "..."

Dude. I'm officially not going to the mall anymore because of that. They had security guards follow us throughout the mall - not just in the stores. We would be walking (only four of us) and we'd see a security guard stare directly at us and talk into his walkie talkie, as if he were saying, "They're coming this way. I need some back-up." It's effing ridiculous. I got kicked out of the mall for waiting for my friend to get his ice cream. stubborn.gif

Yes! And no, we didn't. I specifically stay away from kids who smoke, steal, etc. It's just based on how we dressed. They automatically assume we do that because of our clothes...it's pure insanity.

thats funny... thats never ever happened to me before, and i'm always picking up stuff and looking at it. i guess i dont look that suspicious, or i just dont notice people watching. lol

one time me and my friends were in this makeup store, and there was a whole bunch of sample makeup, and well as a joke we put a whole bunch of makeup on one of my friends and its was freaking hilarious. the people working there didnt seem to mind, and when my friend saw himself he begged for some way to get it off. the girl working there gave him some wet paper towels and he was so happy he hugged her. that was a funny memory.

I hate employees who try too hard and pressure you into buying things.

Damn.... happened again last night.
Me and my friends were kickin' it at the mall last night, walkin around checkin stuff out.
Once again, security guards on our backs! Only two but still.... come on!
Just because of the way we dress!

We were looking through a Knife Gallery, my friend was blabbering something about a knife then my other friend said "Shut up, or else i'm gonna take that knife and shank shank shank you with it"

All of a sudden a deep voice behind us said "Well, if your gonna take it make sure you pay for it first"

*Evil Glares* "..."
"What if I don't want to pay for it?"
"Then some bad stuff is going to happen kid"
*We laugh*
*We leave*

Eeek.. ph34r.gif Man I hate it whent hey look at you all the time. I know there have been times at stores where I'm looking at clothes or some stuff, people watch me. One time at Sanrio surprises I was behind a shelf os stuff and this lady is like a foot away and followed me. I turned around and she pretended to be fixing stuff. Sanrio surprises is somewhat small, but she followed me around. mellow.gif

And at this one store in the Phuc Loc Toa (or however you spell it) in Santa Ana, it's called Sunsations and this asian lady was following me.. It was scary... Pssh and after that, I stopped going there.

Well I work in reatail and I understand why they do that, but at the same time, I never get in peoples faces. i always just ask them if they are finding everything okay, tell them the sales when they walk in the door, and then leave the shopping up to them, because I know thats how I like to be treated. BUt sometimes we'd get these girls who would come in with huge empty jcpenny bags, and because we couldnt afford to buy the 6000 dollar security system so the ink tags would go off, we really had to watch people. Thats when the can I help you are you finding everything do you need another size can I take that to the dressing room for you etc etc comes into play. Because if someone is acting like they are stealing (I would know, I have a friend who did it all the time) we can't afford to not say or do something. But they should never ask you if you are stealing something. You can legally press charges if you arent. Thats why we had to watch the people so closely, because you had to know for sure that they took something. If you didnt know for sure, you oculdnt say anything, because if you were wrong, they could sue. SO yeah. Just a little insight from a gril whos worked a lot of retail.

_dry.gif yeh i was younger, and i had gum in my mouth, and after a while i went into the sweets corner, but i didnt get anything beause i had no money and i was just waiting for my mother to finish her shopping. Anyway i turned round and sum security guy was staring at me and i gave him a wierd look, but he must of thought it was sneaky or sumthing. So i started walking away and the more i looked worried they'd get curious, but im just like wtf!? He pointed at me to sum other shop assistant probably telling them to watch out for me or sumthing. Grrr i left that shop and didnt cum there for a very long time.

YES. It gets really annoying after a while. There is this old security guard at Group USA [I went there once when we were going to buy a Mother's Day gift for my mom, and then the man kept following us around and looking very un-friendly. crazy.gif I get nervous too.

QUOTE(Funky Buddha @ Feb 5 2005, 9:23 AM)
Damn.... happened again last night.

*We laugh*
*We leave*

Say: "if you're going to follow me around, then you might as well hold all these stuff for me. It'll make you feel better if they're in your hands." Then hands him/her random things you pull off the shelves. Don't get angry, get even.

Ah yes. My friend and I were at the mall and we look pretty shady. So these people kept starring at us from a corner of the store.

Once when I was at this store with my mom the lady that worked at the checkout counter followed me she tried to make it look like she wasn't by looking away when I looked at her and looking at the dresses but I knew what she was up to I think it was because I'm black she didn't do that to anyone else when they came in she acted all preppy*and they were all white*I bet she was racist mad.gif I've never gone back to that store since that day.

It happens to me, its so annoying. This woman kept on watching me looking at bags which were in a glass cabinet [I'm not going to be able to steal them anyway shifty.gif]. I was with my sister shopping ages ago, we went in this shop and there was this weird old woman looking at us as if we were illegal immigrants lol.
