.bat files, can't open it |

i am so sure that windows can open .bat files, but when i clicked on the .bat file something seems to pop out but then it is like a popup blocker that closes the window immediately. so what can i do with these problems?

I thought u run .bat files from command prompt as batch files

Yea i remember trying to run one of those once, i asked my friend and he told me to download and run winzip from the internet. If i remember right it all worked out
