Scrollbar and border for music playlist Options

Hi~ I was wondering how can I make the scrollbar and border on my drop down music playlist different colors? Thanks in advance~!

You don't have a scrollbar in your music playlist.. and I didn't even know you could get one there.

If you already have that.. then add border: #000000;
Or any other color hex code. Idk if that'll work though. I never thought about the border.

I tried that, it didnt change the border and there is a scrollbar, wen you hit the arrow to drop the playlist down, theres a scrollbar to move up and down the playlist.

i don't think you can change the color of the scrollbar. i've also tried using a css style sheet before but it doesn't apply the changes to the music player only the webpage. i think you can add a border around the whole thing by setting it in a table using table tags and creating a border but that's about it.
