eat a bunch of fatting food. or go to the doctor...he can help with that. or try that weird pediasure stuff that supposed to help you grow or whatever...i know people who have to drink that.

Eat three good size meals a day and have snacks in between like fruits and such and if you continue on that path I'm sure you will start gaining little by little.

my parents say im not skinny but i try to eat fattening food but they dont let me cuz they want me 2 be all healthy and stuff but i dont like the docters they scare me and i hate shots.....no comment on pediasure.....

how skinny are you? (what's your height and weight)
if you're really skinny try eating more throughout the day instead of eating like 1 big meal.

edit:

your not anorexic. picky people aren't anorexic. anorexic is NOT eating anything at all.

just make sure you eat enough, and excersize.

your complaining about being skinny, yet you dont eat?

and dont think junk food will help, still eat healthy..
or theres always weight gainers, if its as serious as you say

The best way to gain weight but not fat, is to lift weights, muscle weighs more than fat. Also by increasing your calorie intake to more than usual, like to 1750 calories a day (I think) will help you gain weight.

So do i. If you saw me completely naked, you'd see my bones. >_< I don't eat a lot either. I'm underweight. >_< Just.. try to eat more. it's healthier for your body, especially if ur in that stage of puberty.

(havent weighed myself in a while)
eat a lot of sweets suchas- 3muskateers, lindt chocolate, marshmallows, s'mores, milkyways, oreos, chipahoy cookies, cinnabons, lots&lots of ice cream, aah good stuff. work on it. ;] no cheating.

btw, my friend's 13 .. shes 4'7 & 65lbs-- NO LiE!
i gave her the same advice ! _smile.gif

oy gevault. there's been so many threads on that. if u eat and you never get fatter then you have a fast metablism there's nothing wrong with that. if you're picky eat the healthy stuff just stay healthy.

hmmm.. let me consult my friendly BMI calculator happy.gif . I type your height and weight in and then it tells me your BMI (body mass index). You have a BMI of 15.5, the average weight for people your height is 18.5. So you're a little underweight, who cares? Just eat healthy and a lot of carbs, don't worry about it. Good luck

im 5"2 and im 110ish lbs!!! its not overweight but muscle weighs more than fat i think i have alot of fat.

Just eat, EAT!

Don't just eat any thing like fast food.

Gain weight in a healthy way.

Eating proteins and grains is probably good.

oiy vey. why can people never be content with their weight? try eating more. don't go for all the fatty foods like everyone else says because that's gaining in an unhealthy way. just exercise, eat 3 fairly large, healthy meals a day and try some new foods! your complaining about being skinny when it appears that you don't eat. maybe your doctor can prescribe some medication? i know you don't like the doctors; i don't think anyone really does but they really are there to help so just give them a try. just be happy that your not obese. if you were, you'd be at risk for all kinda of diseases such a diabetes, etc.

yea everyone always says I'm way too skinny too and that I look "anorexic" grrrrrrr.. I'm 5'6 100lbs. I know what you mean about the not eating part. I have a really small appetite too and I usually can't eat much unless I'm REALLY hungry. =oT You can probably gain weight though by taking protein supplements or getting a higher calorie intake from things you eat.

Eat a slice of cheesecake at every meal. It works. wink.gif I've never tried it at every meal, but I've eaten cheesecake a lot for like two months and I got chunkier... pinch.gif
