I have a couple problems with my xanga and if someone could help me fix them, it would be very helpful!!
1) my left-side module (with my profile pic and information and all) is too wide. I would like it to be a little "thinner." Is there any HTML codes that could help me do that? 2) how do I pick different colors for different parts of my xanga? The box where my entries are is green, so I set the font to be white, and I like the way that looks. But the background is white, so the white font won't work for that part of the xanga (you can't see the 'xanga', 'USERNAME', or 'sign out', etc). Is there a way that I can fix that? If it would help anyone to see what I mean, my xanga is here. Please help- thank you so much! |

With number 2 why dont you just change it to black instead of white!
if you have white text and a white background you want be able to see your text! |

For your left modules, I think this will work:
Then customize the width as you wish. As for your second question, I'm not sure what you mean. What do you want colored differently? |

1. in order for your profile to go back to it's original width, you'll have to remove, or put a space before or after the <>

I'm still having trouble. I tried the code you gave me above^ but it doesn't work...
About the font colors: If you go to my xanga, you'll see that I have a white background, and then I have green boxes with my posts. I made the font white to go in my green boxes, but now anything that is written on the white background (such as the links to "xanga", or "signout") you can't see, because it is white too! How can I change the color of the font on the white background, and still have the font in the colored boxes be white? |
