I dont do anything at all. Not taking PE this year, because I dont have to. Not doing gymnastics again either. I dont know how I still am in shape, but I guess I always have been. I'd like to start doing sit ups though.

Warm Up Jog or whatever: 20 mins

Pushups: 3 sets of 20-30 reps
Bicep curls: 3 sets of 8 reps or 15-18 reps(lighter weights)
Skullcrushers: 3 sets of 8 reps or 15-18 reps(lighter weights)
Bench Press: Same thing

I usually work on my entire upper body with weights.
And then I do some form of resistance training for my lower body.
But I do this all in my basement. I don't have a lot to work with. If you got a gym membership or your school has a gym. You have more options.

I usually do all my workouts on an empty stomach in the morning. And I like to go for a mile run after while my muscles are still tight.

thats almost what I do. I don't do skullcrushers...hell maybe I do but dont know it lol...what are they? I have a bowflex and a lot of free weights so I do tricep pushdowns and hammercurls(biceps) those really work try em...I only run 2 maybe three days a week. pinch.gif

Well if ya got bowflex then yer in good hands.
But otherwise, skullcrushers is where you take a dumb bell and hold it up over yer head.
Lower the dumb bell behind the back of your neck while keeping your elbows up and straight and then raising it back up over your head.

I also do concentrated curls. Those are really good.

Resistance training. That's stuff like, putting your back against the wall and going into a sitting position for like 1 or 2 minutes by keeping yourself up by only using your legs. You'll feel the burn on your thighs.

yup =] i always work out =D

i dont wanna stop cuz.. i dont wanna be obesed >_< n yea xP

iono whats my fat % but i tested over the net n it said 6% n yea.. i dont believe it..
anyways i do lots of work outs...

like one day in wrestling we can be doing like 225+ pushups just cause... n the coach laughes at us.. haha its cool tho

the other days.. we will be weight lifting for an hour or so.. ide do..

Warm up: 20 curls of 30lbs each hand..
100lbs of tricept pull downs?
90lbs of lats (backs)

after that i would go heavy.. showoff.gif

durring the hour.. coach doesnt let us get water break sick.gif

later we run like 3-4 miles warmups... then run with someone in ur weight class on ur back. ( im 130 weight class) n run around the track..

after running... we wrestle hard as hell.. making the room all steamy >_< n make the walls swear and the mirrors fog up.. we only get like one water break.. which is only 2 mins long..

then we are done =]

honestly its not hard... to me.. cuz i already went through varsity practice.. which is like 5 times harder thatn that (JV)

when i was in swimming, though...we had to lift weights and swim a lap, pushups, swim another lap, do sit ups, swim another lap, etc. it was tiring -.-
tennis...we ran sooo freakin much. the whole team was in serious shape. we ran more than we played tennis. sad.

I'm not a guy.

But I do work out. Though, at the moment, I'm too sick to work out.

Run a mile two or three times a week, push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, a bazillion arm circles, biking four or five times a week, and horseback riding three or four times a week (my mare went lame again, so I haven't been able to do this lately).

it's just enough to exercise twice a week (cardio)according to health guide line. Once a week is enough for each muslce group to maintain muscular strength and endurance.

Exercising is fun. I don't know why anyone would want to only work out twice a week. =P

But, yeah, the minimum is twice a week for cardio and three times a week for weight training.

in the winter i stay after school twice a week. wednesdays i run for 20 minutes in the school hallways and then do tae-bo and on thursdays i run for 20 minutes, do sit-ups, bench, and some other stuff. then in the spring, summer and fall i ride horses and am working in a stable so i'm basically always fit. plus in the summer i run 2-4 miles or jog 6 miles.
it's winter and icey and ucky here so if i don't get out and exercise i get cabin-fever and feel like crap, so i love goin and doin it. plus we do daily exrecises and stuff in gym.

to add onto that, yellowcard. any sort of pop or hip hop is very unhealthy.

do a lot of running and jogging stuff. yay for the respiratory system!
plus, did you know that being angry or stressed a lot increases your cholestrol? i'm dead serious.
