I have the biggest problem with small talks, don't ever know what to say, makes me feel dorky/boring. I'm really good with deep conversations though. Does anyone ever have problems like that?

Big time! I work in Customer Service and my clients always try to small talk with me. I just cut them off.

Not really. There are plenty of things to talk about... you just have to find out if you're comfortable enough to talk about it.

Small talk...hmm..I'm not really good with small talk. I say some random stuff that sometimes turns into small talk, I guess. It's like someone for the first time- There's only so much I can talk to them about until that akward silence comes along.

I always have small talk. I feel.... un comfortable when its in person. When I'm online, I just don't really mind it as much. But as I said, I get so dang tensed up with people in person. Its so dang awkward.

I have the same problem...I suck at making small talks.
There's always an awkward silence if I don't know you well. It bothers me when I can't keep a conversation going. I feel kinda bad. |

If your conversations are sooooooooooooooooooooooo boring, say "i found a dollar" at the end. that sometimes work for me.

it depends on who im talking to. well online i'd always just be like hey wasup. not much. then thatd be it.
but when im talking to someone one on one in person, i'd try to keep the conversation going and not have a silent moment. those times are just too awkward. |

yeah... but it's okay i mean i'm not the only one who does that, so i guess it's okay. i mean kim and i dont really have nothing to talk about. just a simple hello and what we did today haha.
same goes to jackie and eve lol. we used to talk a lot for instance, "guys" "crush" and such hehe. But to the people I know very well --- I talk a lot haha cause I can tell them everything on what's happened today with this person and that person so yeah hehe. |
