Changing Link Name of Subscribees Options

Can anyone please tell me how to change the link names of the users I am subscribed to on my subscription list? Thank you so much!

Thanks for replying (I appreciate it!!), buuut I can't get it to work!! I had a code on my old Xanga that replaced people who I am subscribed to's link names, but I deleted that Xanga & cannot remember how to do it. Sorry if I'm annoying!! You know, for example, if a friend of mine's xanga name was "GINAisMYname," I would want to replace the link name to that page with "Gina." Thanks for your help!! Sorryyyy
