 This girl.. Jenn.. shes new to the school district and its her first year in public school ever... well im sorta like her only friend... and shes really sweet an all but shes like trying to get really close to me as a friend like she hugs me when she sees me.. and i see her everywhere that i started calling her my little stalker when i tell my other friend and family about it... i dont wanna let her down and ive given her plenty of advice before on how to make more friends and how to fit in.. like the other day.. she asked me to make her feel more "included" in the group that hangs out once the bell rings for lest period to be over.. and i told her.. I cant make you feel more included im not your mother.. you do these things on your own... its like after all of my classes she would come to see me just to say hi and get that hug that she needs.. my EX-boyfriend did that (p.s i miss him very much  ) Hed go out of his way just to see me and get that little kiss after every class... well besides that.. i dont kno how to tell her that.. i wasnt expecting anymore friends that im close to.. i have like 4 and i dont even want that many.. it would be cool to have her as just a hey whats up whenever you just happen to see her kinda friend... but shes always saying... omg we need to hang out.. i have to go over your house.. cause youve been to mine... like how do i tell her without breaking her "friendship heart"Wierd Act: she told me that on the first day of school she went home to her mom and said " Mom, theres this girl tori at school that i really wanna be friends with her but i dont think shell like me.. what do i do?" her mom told her to just confront me and see how it goes.. and i did say shes really sweet and a pretty cool person.. but im juts not that interested.. ya kno.. what do i do? |

well you could give her the cold shoulder....but that would result in hurt feelings. You can't keep her putting her off though. Just give her a little time. She'll make new friends as she meets new people.

awwe..I guess you have to talk to her about it. Well, no - that`d make her feel bad..uhm. I guess you can try to introduce her to other people. Nice people, you know - whom she`ll like&they`ll like in return, you know? Once she finds someone, she might just let go of you a bit. But in the meantime, I guess you should just try to be nice and talk to her in a friendly matter. You don`t necessarily have to hang out with her just like she wants to..but just talk to her like, "Hey, what`s up?" have a little chit chat and then, "hey sorry but I gotta go now..ttyL? Bye
 (and hug, lol..or walk away before she does  )" I`m sure she`ll make new friends, cuz it`s not like you`re the only person there at that school. Sooo..yeah. Just act normal, k? It just takes time&patience. Good luck! =)

good idea... but true.. i dont wanna hurt her feelings...
also.. i dont wanna seem selfish.. and even if this is.. but still.. shes becoming friends with all of my friend just because shes been my shadow.. none of them really like her either but she is becoming good friends with some people at our lunch table.. shes has alot of friends outside of school and im not REALLY her only friend.. but i see her so often i feel like i am... shes doing good with getting friends now.. but i dont wanna let her down by her knowing that i dont wanna be close friends.. cause i kno for a fact she wants to be like BFFs for life |

i dont kno how many times i thought that.. but then i just keep thinking of that movie mean girls when the one girl thought that other girl was a dyke and didnt invite her to her swimming party.. but i dunno.. shes def into guys.. lol but i have thought that too..

okay well...I'm not gonna give you advice because last time I had a friend like this it all kinda blew up then our friends started choosing sides and it was chaos..
really stressfull and now we are all friends again, i dont even want friends its too confusing

wow.. no offence but it was pretty stupid to move this topic from girls locker to relationships... i didnt put it in relationships because i dont need any guys to give me advice on a girly kinda thing... us girls talk about this stuff.. so thats why i put it there... the title for GIRLS LOCKER is to talk about girly stuff.. and i needed help on how to tell another GIRL that she needs to stop and that i dont really wanna be her friend that much... do you really think there are that many guys that could help me on the topic... so thats why i put it in GIRLS EFFING LOCKER!

Usually people like that are really nice and stuff and shes prolly concerned about having no friends at all and if u ditch well then she is gunna have no friends it seems to me she basically just wants to be on ur good side 1 friend is better then having none ya never know this girl could change before looking at her as a push over give her a chance u sould actually feel good about ur self to know this girl basically looks up to you ya its annoying but how do you know what her back life was like she culda had no friends at all been picked on ....Best i can tell ya is HELP HER MAKE FRIENDS ITS NOT HARD IVE DONE IT for other people

I'm kind of in that situation too.
Cept the girl or actually girls.. they're kind of annoying and b*tchy. lol. I don't want to be their friend.. but then all my friends are kind of their friend. and both of them are in my class.. and i have to see them everyday. gosh. And they always want to hang out with me and go over my house. I don't want them over. Well i guess just start making excuses of why she can't hang out with you.. or talk to her. Being a shy person, I wouldn't talk.. but maybe you're not like me and you would. Good luck

Well, I'm homeschooled my second year being homeschooled actually and I've come to find that the homeschooled crowd is VERY big on being extremly nice and very huggy! lol Are there any really sweet people who go to your school? She'd probably fit in with them.. *nod* the kind that make you want to throw up there so nice? Thats the way to go. Just be nice to her.. eventually she'll make other friends and you could turn into the kind of hey whats up kind of friends. I wouldn't be mean to her though if your her only friend.. |
