your period, eh? Well don't freak out. Just wear a pad (i don't suggest using a tampon right away!) and you'll be okay But always keep some cramp pills with you just incase they become unbearable

yeah, you should use pads first...tampons are kind of complicated when you start your first period...just change your pad every few hours...don't get the scented ones or the ones with deodorant because they irritate your "sensitive areas"...good luck

Don't worry. But, becase ou just got your menstral cycles (I find "menstral cycle" sounds less gross than "period"), they are probably going to be irregular. I'd suggest always keeping some pads in your backback. And, Yeah, you shouldn't use a tampon untill you've had your period for a few years.

First of all congrats, even though it's not really a good thing. Where a pad, change it when needed, depends, usually when you start it's not that heavy. You will prolly get cramps as time goes on so be prepared to feel like you're going to die. Also be prepared, don't be cuaght without a pad, cause it will suck if it leaks onto you clothes!

Just stay calm, dont fret, and make sure you're always clean and have a pad handy. I dont suggest using tampons either...because your skin may become irritated.

midol helps alot when ur cramping, and pads to me are way more comfortable then tampons.
