My doc. told me that i have one of the worse cases of cramps he's seen, and i cant go to school when im on because i get in trouble. Im already short tempered and ppl jus make it worse, so my mama makes me stay home. Now i can go to school when im on because they put me on this prescription medicine to help me out, it helps some but not alot but just enough to get me through the day at school. They want to put me on birth control, but no.
But at school other gurls are like "i dont cramp" and im like F***ing lucky bastards> Then there's some gurls at school that don't even have one yet and im like why couldnt I have been lucky too*tear*. I have ONE friend at school who cramps like me but hers are not as bad. So do any of you'll have cramps really bad or are yall one of the lucky bastards(no affense) |

yea i have cramps, and sumtimes they suck but all i do is bite a towel as hard as i can untill they go away (it works for me dunno why though..) but yea i would go on birth control though because one, it makes you regular. Two the cramps dont hurt as much. and Three it helps clear up the face :) which is alwas a good thing

I have them sometimes and when I do they are horrible.. I can't even get up because of the pain.

last time i got my period i kept throwing up and getting like headaches.. it was SO horrible. do yu think that has anything to do with my period or was i just sick?
also, can anyone tell me what birth control is? |

yea i get really bad cramps.. but then i only get my period periodically (3-4 times a year) if i'm not on the pill.. it's SOOO bad i can't get up to go to class or anything.. i HAVE to be warm or it's just really awful.. :(

birth control is a form of pregnancy prevention, most comonly in the form of a pill. but yea you take it everyday and its supposed to keep you from gettin pregnant but its not 100% so just dont do it and you wont get pregnant |

I'm sure all us girls who have our periods get cramps. Mine are..........sumtimes ok.......
Gosh, its gotta be really bad if u even have to stay at home on some of the days!!! Mneh.........I hate it when I go to school and its on........at my school its like....my frds especially the guys are like alert when its one of those days!! Lolz! I'm gona be on a holiday trip this Sunday and I am happy happy!!! The pms phase just finished yesterday!!! At least I know that I won't get it on this trip...unlike last time........when weather was mofo 45 degrees Celcius and I had it!!!  Oh.........you should avoid cold foods when its the first few days!! Well, for me, if I eat cold foods it would kill me. |

I used to have the worse cramps EVER!!!! And I would get so mad at my friends when they'd say they never cramped... bc it sucks butt. But birth control helped me the most. But I'm not sure why. But now I don't miss school or anything. So that's my solution

when I have them, they'ree bad, but not as bad as you describe it but they're bad, so I take midol pills, helps.

well i used to have bad cramps. well like after period, my mom always make different sorts of soup for me, i usually dont drink it but lately i do, and when my period comes, no cramps at all.
