i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the white blotchy vertical lines that make the blends kinda shine.....i cant explain well, so here is an example...the banner on eldandili's xanga...
EXAMPLE if there is a tutorial for it, a link would be nice! if not, maybe someone can easily explain how i do that? |

Thats a really nice blend, but anyways, i think that's a brush. Try the book of resources and go to the brush section to find some grunge brushes.
