Entry Title Script, is there a script out there that... Options

Is there a script out there that will make the Entry's title(the date) have a backround that fades. I've seen this is layouts, but not the script plain.

How do you change the text color in that code?

Change the "color" part to any hex code. So instead of "white," you could have, for example:

CODE

color: #ff0000;

which would make it red.
