can anyone tell me how to get a moving banner (or marquee) that slows when you move the mouse over pictures?

i was really wondering about how to get pictures. you would have to upload them on photoshop or something, right? is photoshop the only way to get pics uploaded?

umm you mean PHOTOBUCKET? no you can use ImageShack i think its way better. upload your pics there. and you use the same code for pictures, but instead where you would put your text put <img src="IMG URL HERE"> and put as many as you want
