Do you cry for no reason? Options

Well.. I dunno if there's a topic on this.. if there is, I'm too lazy to find it =/ and you can close this... anyways, i usually cry for no reason.. like nothing's wrong, or anything... but I just feel depressed and start to cry... this happen to anyone?

Awww, I'm sorry.
Sometimes I just feel really emotionally stressed out, like I'm going through too many complicated things at once, and I kinda break down, you know?
It also might be PMS... but that doesn't happen 24/7, so..... x_x

If things get serious, I suggest talking to a counselor or someone about it, and they can tell you if anything is seriously wrong. Buuuuut... cheer up!!! =D

yeah i do that all the time! my mom walks in and i'll be crying and she'll be like "what's wrong??" and i'm like...I don't know! haha it's kinda funny. maybe it's a way of releasing stress, and sometimes you're not aware of how much pressure and stress you under.

I think it's a way to relieve stress. One time I was just looking into my pantry for no reason and I just started to cry for no reason.

It's an odd feeling. I can't really put it into words. It's like everything around you is too much to carry at one time. Just the pressure of life.. I suppose.

I think I cry alot, but it's usually for a reason. I have a reason why I cry, but others don't see my reason and think it's for no reason. I haven't cryed in quite some time. Not since Thanksgiving weekedn I believe. That's good for me.

I went through a deep depression when my daughter was born. I'd cry all the time, and I think it really hurt her to see her mom crying like that, so I got help. You should too, if it gets worse. How you feel reflects on your loved ones.

Yeah I do. But I go through a lot, my family's kinda poor and my mom sort of goes crazy at times so I just don't want to handle the problems myself. My dad tells me that I'm 12 so I don't need to bud into things. But all my family is stupid, they make wrong choices. My brother died from cocaine in August so..

i understand what u mean, i sometimes cry for no reason but RARELY. usually something started it, maybe something soo small though thats its ridiculous. most of the time for you something that might of upsetted u only a little made you cry and u didnt realize it. i guess?

Everyone asks me whats wrong and when I tell them nothing they don't believe me.. but it's the truth, nothing is wrong with me.. i just can't help but cry. =(.. so yeah, they're making me get counseling at school... I'm an extremely emotional person, so I tend to cry now and then about dumb things. I'd be watching Oprah and I'd cry. Sometimes I ask myself how I ever became that person? o_O But then again, last year I went into a pretty deep depression, but before then I was never one to be sensitive at all. It's all good though, it's natural to cry every now and then.
I don't think anyone actually cries for 'no reason'. There's always something that's behind it, maybe you just didn't know it was bothering you in the first place. That's just hte way us girls work.
