i was watching CSI yesterday, i think, and i was just sitting there and suddenly i started to have a flashback about the scene when my pet bunny died, and it was so real, i've never had a hallucination like that before, and my heart bumped really fast and it was like i just got out a nightmare right after it stopped.
I don't know, it was just random and sudden. How/ why did it happen? Is it unhealthy? Have you had similar experiences? |

wow, you got some new amazing powers. its call " super vision ". haha, i did have a flashback before. i dont remember what it is.

sometimes that happens, it seems so real, i recall a lot of bad experiences from when i lived with my dad, it scares the hell out of me...but i just try to put it behind me...i have no clue what causes it...but is freaky

eh...its happened to me on numerous occasions. I will flashback so vividly that I forget where I am after I come back to reality. Its kinda crazy and kinda fun. I havent had a serious one in awhile though
Theres nothing unhealthy about it. However if you feel it could cause potential damage go see a shrink! |

mm not really...the closest thing to that is when i have such vivid dreams that when i wake up, i think it actually happened or whatever.

yeah... uhhh I was lying on the couch, it was quiet and I was going to fall asleep. Then I thought about my little baby sister who left to go to hong kong for 3 years and started crying.
