Sex is a sin if your not married. Thats all there it is to it. Even if its because you want a baby for whatever reason, you still need to be married in order for it not to be a sin.

Christians believe that God loves everyone even if they aren't Christian. So even if your not Christian, you still sin. If your not religous, or if you don't belive in God or whatever, Christians and God would still concider it a sin. So just because your not religous, doesn't mean sex berfore marraige isn't a sin for you, it is. Thats what Christians believe.

I'm not sure. The youngest I've herd of was 17 years old. But I'm not sure if thats the minum age or if theres an age younger. (Maybe even older) But it also might depend on where you live.

In order to be considered a sin, it would have to be underage as considered by the Bible and God. Of course, when the Bible was written, it was perfectly normal for women (girls?) to get married (and consumate the marriage) at around 10-12 years old. So I don't think underage sex (as we would consider it) is a "sin."

Of course, the whole idea of what is and isn't a sin is so subjective that it's really hard to say for sure.

In Texas you can get married under the age of 18 if you have the right documents signed by your parents/legal guardians... And it has to be a heterosexual marriage...

Texas laws say that you just have to be within 2 years age of eachother and a heterosexual couple to have sex... So a 17 year-old guy and a 20 year-old girl would be illegal (unless they're married) but a 12 year-old girl and a 13 year-old boy wouldn't be (married or not)... hmm...

As long as you take responsibility for your actions and live your life according to a set of morals or guidelines in an effort to be a good person, sexual avtivity, preference, religion, etc shouldn't matter.

And as far as underage sex being illegal, well, in the state of Texas, the legal age of consent is 17. But underage sex can be punishable by law. For example, a guy is 17, his girlfriend is 14 and they are knockin boots (90s term, holla!). The girl's mother gets mad, calls the cops and he's locked up because they are more than two years apart and the statuatory rape law can be applied to him. That, as a result, will label him a sexual predator for the rest of his life.
